An international iGaming company with a presence in Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia is looking for a Head of CRM to build and scale its retention strategy.

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of CRM strategy for casino/sportsbook
• Setting and achieving KPIs for retention and LTV
• Planning and launching promo campaigns, analyzing effectiveness
• Team management and development of CRM processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as Head of CRM / CRM Lead in iGaming
• Experience in managing a team and building a CRM system from scratch/scaling
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of metrics: retention, CR, ARPU, LTV
• Knowledge or understanding of the Ukrainian language
