We are a product company with a 4-year history. We have created a modern gaming platform and work with both our own brands and client projects in the iGaming sector.

✅Responsibilities: manage a client portfolio in the B2C segment (main market - Australia), ensure LTV growth and a high level of retention; act as a link between business and development: translate requirements, prioritize tasks, and synchronize expectations of all parties; interact with the technical department and the operational team; launch and support projects on our own B2C/B2B platform, control deadlines, quality, and stage adherence; interact with technical departments, understand the product context, and help the team move in a unified direction; participate in the description, optimization, and implementation of operational processes; maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, Slack; work with product metrics and feedback, suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
✅Who we are looking for: 2+ years in iGaming, with real experience in B2C and an understanding of the English-speaking market (Australia is a key focus); experience in B2B - will be a plus; strong operational background: you are not afraid of routine, can manage multiple streams, and bring tasks to completion; ability to work with product metrics (retention, LTV) and see the connection between actions and results; communication skills with technical teams and business; experience with Tier-1; proficient English (B2+), to freely conduct correspondence, negotiations, and documentation.
