We are a product company with a 4-year history. We have created a modern gaming platform and work with both our own brands and client projects in the iGaming sphere.

Responsibilities: manage a client portfolio in the B2C segment (main market - Australia), ensure LTV growth and a high level of retention; act as a link between business and development: translate requirements, prioritize tasks, and synchronize expectations of all parties; interact with the technical department and operational team; launch and support projects on our own B2C/B2B platform, control deadlines, quality, and stage adherence; interact with technical departments, understand the product context, and help the team move in a single direction; participate in the description, optimization, and implementation of operational processes; maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, Slack; work with product metrics and feedback, propose improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in IGaming for 2+ years; Relevant experience in B2C, B2B for 2+ years; Direct experience with business, understanding of all components; Excellent communication skills; Project organization and planning skills; Experience with Tier 1 (Australia primarily); English language B2; Contact: @Nbagama
