Junior Affiliate Manager (FinTech | MFI)

Work format: remote, 5/2 Salary: fixed rate + KPI, discussed individually

Description We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager for a FinTech project in the MFI (Microfinance Institution) sector. We consider candidates without experience in affiliate marketing who want to develop in this field, can communicate with people, and work with information and spreadsheets. We are ready to train on the specifics of the direction at the start, introduce you to the processes, and support you during the adaptation period. A desire to learn, responsibility, and good communication skills are important to us.

Tasks • Search for potential partners and webmasters, development of the affiliate network • Communication with partners, discussion of cooperation terms, and management of communication • Maintaining a partner database and updating information in Excel / Google Sheets tables • Collection and systematization of data on partners and traffic • Monitoring key performance indicators and assisting in traffic efficiency analysis • Searching for new opportunities to develop the affiliate direction • Gradual immersion into the specifics of FinTech and the MFI market

Requirements • Fluent oral and written communication, ability to build business relationships • Confident user of Excel or Google Sheets at a basic level • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work with information • Willingness to learn, understand new processes, and take responsibility for tasks • Proactiveness, independence, and result orientation • Experience in affiliate marketing or FinTech will be a plus, but not required
