Senior Legal Counsel / Telecom Regulatory Counsel

Requirements: Understanding of Russian telecommunications regulation: requirements of Roskomnadzor, Ministry of Digital Development, profile regulators, communication channels, and cross-border data transmission. Support of international telecom or infrastructure projects. Experience with one international jurisdiction; European practice will be an advantage. Understanding of how international telecom infrastructure works and the ability to discuss solutions in detail with engineers and architects. Basic infrastructure concepts and technologies: Dark Fiber, DWDM, MPLS, SD-WAN, IP Transit, IX, BGP, ASN, Peering, Backbone, Submarine Cable Systems. Fluent English (B2+) for reading contracts, correspondence, and working with international documentation.

Location: 📍Remote or from the office in Omsk, Novosibirsk, Saint Petersburg.
