Description
The Relationship Management team of the Global Markets Department is looking for a manager who will be responsible for signing trading documentation with major corporate and institutional clients for global markets products.
Responsibilities
- Development and approval of Global Markets Department trading documentation (including, but not limited to ISDA, GMRA, RISDA, REPO NFA, IBC, conversion agreements, non-standard brokerage service agreements, banknote and precious metals agreements).
- Negotiating with clients and counterparties to discuss and agree on terms of trading documentation, including the largest corporate clients, Russian and foreign financial institutions.
- Coordinating the documentation discussion process within the Bank and with the client/counterparty.
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date standard forms of trading documentation for the Global Markets Department.
- Coordinating the smooth operation of the trading documentation signing process, including the development and optimization of Bank processes, and the development and implementation of organizational, administrative, and internal regulatory documents.
- Methodological support for regional banks on signing standard documentation, including issuing Memos, updating the knowledge base, and conducting regular training.
- Participation in the implementation of projects and initiatives in the field of legal risk management to ensure the most effective implementation of these initiatives.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Relevant work experience with trading documentation from 3 years.
- Knowledge of the full range of financial instruments and global markets products.
- Understanding of Russian legal regulation of the securities and derivatives market.
- Knowledge of international and Russian standard documentation for derivatives and repo transactions.
- Advanced level of English (corresponds to fluent proficiency, including in financial matters).
