At Wildberries Bank, we are looking for a **Head of Treasury Technological Development.
What you will be doing:
- Representing the treasury's interests at product, tender, and other bank committees at all stages — from requirements definition to production operation
- Supporting treasury system integrations with the bank's core banking system (CFT), remote banking services (RBS), and related platforms
- Managing vendor relationships: negotiations, SLA control, testing, acceptance of enhancements
- Coordinating internal stakeholders — IT, operations, risk, compliance, back office
- Establishing processes for supporting and developing implemented solutions
- Developing the product vision for internal treasury software, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring predictable delivery by internal IT teams and external contractors
Requirements:
- Experience in system implementation — ideally from scratch, not just modifying existing ones
- Desirable understanding of treasury operations specifics: money market, FX, securities, REPO
- Knowledge of integration layers: how treasury systems connect with core banking and RBS, what data flows between them (experience with CFT will be a significant advantage)
- Ability to have a substantive dialogue about the specifics of working with Systematica Radius/EGAR/Softwell Navigator, QUIK, eFX, and exchange terminals
- Ability to defend budgets and technical solutions with arguments before committees and to communicate business positions to IT and vice versa
- Systemic product thinking: ability to translate business pain points into clear technical requirements and roadmaps
- Experience participating in tender procedures and working with vendors
