Seeking a Head of Treasury — one of the key roles for the AGS group of companies right now.

AGS started as an agro-trading business, but today we are transforming into a group of companies with several directions: — Agro-trading / export of agricultural crops — Trade finance and international payments — IT products for commodity trade

A classic treasurer from a corporation is not our format.

We need a person who: • has developed the treasury function in a small group of companies / startups • knows how to reduce the cost of capital (WACC) • raises financing (banks, funds, alternative sources) • understands how to build international cash flows • thinks and acts entrepreneurially • and most importantly — influences profit through capital management

In this role, there will be direct interaction with the founder.

What is important: — you will be building the treasury function across several businesses — working with real international cases — influencing financial results, not just supporting processes — high autonomy and quick decisions without bureaucracy

Experience in treasury / funding within a group of companies from the following sectors is especially relevant: • commodity trading / trade finance • fintech / payment solutions / international settlements

📍 Format: remote / hybrid in Moscow or Dubai
