The Moscow Exchange is looking for a Chief Product Owner to develop collateral management systems (NRD).
Responsibilities:
- Development of the collateral management system, tri-party and clearing services, and control over their execution (5 people reporting).
- Systematic analysis and improvement of the division's activities.
- Preparation of requests and draft letters, conducting negotiations, and other interactions with the Bank of Russia, the Financial Markets Service of the Bank of Russia, and other regulatory and/or supervisory organizations.
- Organization of the development of a strategy for the division's development of collateral management systems, tri-party and clearing services, including securities and REPO operations, commodity transactions, deposit transactions, and other transactions provided for by the Clearing Rules.
- Organization of the preparation and approval with interested departments of business requirements for the development/modification of NRD software on issues within the competence of the managing director.
- Conducting expert assessment of requirements related to the development of collateral management systems, received from other departments.
Requirements:
- Ability to see market development prospects and adapt business processes accordingly;
- Ability to develop long-term development strategies;
- Understanding of the principles of collateral management systems (CMS) operation;
- Expert knowledge in the field of clearing services and tri-party operations;
- Understanding of the mechanisms of working with securities, REPO operations, and deposit transactions;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the financial market;
- Ability to identify problem areas and propose solutions;
- Skills in building and maintaining professional relationships;
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical specialists.
