Product Manager (Sportsbook / Promotions)

Location: Cyprus / Serbia (relocation preferred) | Remote during trial period Industry: iGaming / Betting product

We are a fast-growing iGaming project operating in international markets (Turkey, Azerbaijan, LATAM). We are currently strengthening our product team and looking for a Product Manager who will take on the development of promotional mechanics and bonus strategy in the sportsbook direction.

Responsibilities:

• Development and launch of promotional mechanics in sportsbook
• Creation and maintenance of the promotions calendar
• Calculation of promo economics (ROI, unit economics, forecasting)
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of bonus campaigns
• Interaction with the platform and cross-functional teams
• Optimization of current mechanics and implementation of new formats
• Identifying revenue growth points through product tools
• In perspective — expansion of the area of responsibility and development of the direction

This is a hands-on role with real influence on revenue.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in a betting company / iGaming
• Deep understanding of bonus mechanics and promo models in betting
• Ability to calculate ROI and forecast campaign results
• Independence and responsibility
• Experience working in a dynamic environment
• English — working level (desirable)

Will be a plus:

• Startup environment experience
• Experience in launching new GEOs
• Broader product perimeter (CPO / Head-level)

• Remote work during the trial period
• Afterwards — relocation to Serbia or Cyprus (priority)
• Support with residence permit processing for key positions
