Head of Mobile Development (PWA)

About the company: An international company in the iGaming and affiliate marketing sector, developing its own digital directions within the gambling vertical. Today, the company is in a stage of active development: in addition to the CPA network, we are launching and scaling new projects, including a mobile game rental service.

Responsibilities:

• Build the development direction for the mobile game rental service from scratch; • Form and develop a team; • Independently participate in development and making technical decisions; • Establish processes within the team and organize effective interaction; • Develop direction development plans and define KPIs; • Control the achievement of set goals and the quality of task execution; • Actively participate in product development during its scaling phase.

We expect:

• Experience as a Head of Development in a similar application rental service (PWA); • Practical experience with iOS applications or experience managing mobile development including iOS and Android; • Experience in iGaming; • Understanding of traffic arbitrage specifics; • Willingness to combine managerial tasks with hands-on work; • Structured approach, organization, and a high level of responsibility.
