About the Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced Payment Specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with banks and EMIs, supporting client onboarding processes, and developing payment infrastructure for regulated cryptocurrency and FinTech companies.

Important: The candidate must be permanently located in Cyprus. Candidates residing outside of Cyprus will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Full support for opening and servicing corporate accounts in banks and EMIs.
• Preparation and submission of documentation packages for banks and Electronic Money Institutions.
• Liaising with banks, EMIs, payment providers, legal consultants, and internal teams.
• Organizing and supporting AML/KYC and Customer Due Diligence processes.
• Managing and optimizing client onboarding processes.
• Developing and supporting payment operations for licensed cryptocurrency exchanges, payment organizations, and other regulated financial companies.
• Monitoring compliance with requirements and internal policies.
• Building and developing relationships with banking and payment partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in opening and servicing corporate accounts in banks and EMIs.
• Mandatory experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges or other crypto companies.
• Deep understanding of AML/KYC procedures, compliance, and banking onboarding.
• Good understanding of payment infrastructure and banking processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment.
