⚡️We are looking for a Payments specialist 💸 for an international fintech company in their office in Cyprus (Limassol).

What you will do:

— Monitor daily payment operations: processing transactions, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple payment platforms. — Oversee the performance of payment systems, promptly resolve emerging issues, and participate in improving payment processes. — Ensure payment operations comply with regulatory requirements, interacting with AML and antifraud teams. — Prepare reports on payment operations, transaction volumes, and key performance indicators; analyze metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. — Collaborate with partner banks, payment providers, and internal teams to ensure stable integrations. — Stay updated on changes in the payment industry, new technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Who we are looking for:

— A candidate with at least 3 years of experience in payments, EMI, or financial services. — With a deep understanding of payment processing flows, including SEPA, SWIFT, card payments, and alternative payment methods (APM). — Knowledgeable about AML/KYC requirements and financial compliance principles. — Experience working with payment systems, reporting tools, and proficient in MS Excel. — Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to find solutions in non-standard situations. — Fluent in English at C1–C2 level.
