🚀 Seeking a Product Manager for a B2C product with a strong AI focus

Location: Minsk

We are looking for a strong Product Manager to take ownership of an early-stage product: bring the MVP to launch, establish a rapid iteration cycle, and be responsible for activation, engagement, and retention.

🤖 AI is an integral part of the daily workflow. It's important to be able to use AI models, agents, and automations for research, hypothesis testing, data analysis, prototyping, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

— Formulate product strategy and roadmap — Identify growth opportunities and be responsible for key metrics — Conduct product discovery, interviews, and hypothesis testing — Launch experiments and A/B tests — Manage the backlog for mobile + desktop — Collaborate with the design and development team — Plan and control iOS/Android and desktop releases — Build product analytics: funnels, cohorts, segments, dashboards

🤖 AI Skills

It will be important to be proficient with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, and similar tools, to be able to create AI workflows, use agents and automations, and critically evaluate AI results.

What's important

— 3+ years of experience in Product Management — Experience in B2C, preferably with mobile products — Understanding of product metrics and analytics — Experience in product discovery and A/B tests — Independence and ability to work in conditions of high pace and uncertainty — Advanced AI skills
