Service Desk is a unified showcase of the company's internal services: through it, employees receive value from simple services to complex IT and business scenarios, and under the hood, our platform on Camunda and FaaS orchestrates and automizes requests through BPMN processes and integrations between systems. We are now looking for a Middle System Analyst to join the business process orchestration platform team.
What you will be doing:
- Modeling business processes in BPMN (Camunda) and describing orchestration logic;
- Managing tasks from definition to release: clarifying requirements, participating in discussions, helping the team with implementation;
- Maintaining the relevance of interaction schemes, APIs, and process descriptions;
- Describing and decomposing tasks for backend and frontend so that the description is complete and achievable for development, testing, and maintenance;
- Participating in solution design with the tech lead, developers, analysts, and practice leads, proposing approaches considering interactions (Kafka, REST, gRPC, GraphQL), describing contracts and data exchange scenarios;
- Working with PM, PO, designer, and related teams, including integrating the results of the Discovery stage.
What we expect:
- Experience in modifying/developing Camunda modules (orchestration engine, process instance monitoring, process designer);
- Product development experience at the creation stage;
- Architecture development experience;
- It will be a plus if you have experience in functional development of a product block (analogous in terms of monitoring/modeling/functionality to the Core);
- Experience in designing integrations: REST/gRPC, asynchronous interaction, message brokers (Kafka);
- Ability to describe APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger), contract interactions between services via Kafka;
- Advanced level of working with Postman, experience with Kafka UI (manual message producing, viewing topics), ability to use Grafana and logs;
- Proficiency in SQL, ability to write various aggregation queries, design database schemas, work with DBeaver;
- Task decomposition skills, information structuring, and writing clear technical documentation;
- Understanding of business logic, UI and UX principles.
