What you’ll do

• Support customers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
• Help with deposits, withdrawals, transaction statuses, and verification
• Investigate payment issues and troubleshoot platform problems
• Monitor transactions and escalate technical or risk-related cases

What we’re looking for

• Fluent English (Native or near-native)
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Jira or similar tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment (well rotated and balanced + you can earn more by working on weekends or overtime - it's always paid!)
