☑️ Responsibilities
- Mentoring interns and junior DevOps engineers
- Conducting technical reviews, consultations, and code analysis
- Assisting in the design of CI/CD and infrastructure for training projects
- Participating in the development of the training methodology
- Opportunity to influence internal processes and standards
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Desire to grow as a mentor and technical leader
- Willingness to help junior DevOps engineers grow to a middle level
- At least 3 years of commercial work experience
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with clouds (AWS / GCP / Yandex Cloud / Azure)
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms
