Requirements: Mandatory 5+ years of experience in Fintech (non-banking) / iGaming / High-risk: understanding the specifics of crypto-regulations, the difference between "white" acquiring and the reality of the gambling market. Technical background: understanding backend architecture, APIs, banking gateways, and data mapping. Entrepreneurial spirit: high independence, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, proactive search for growth points. Experience with tokenomics will be an advantage: understanding how to integrate a token into a product to create real demand and liquidity will be an advantage. English B2/C1.
