Made of Storm is looking for an Account Manager (Payments), who will be responsible for the operational support of payment partners, coordination of launches, and development of operational interaction with banks, payment providers, and internal teams in an international payment system (High-Risk).
📍Work format: remote (except for Russia/Belarus)
💰Salary: from 1300€ (net)
📌 What you need to do:
- Coordinate the onboarding of new payment partners and the launch of payment projects;
- Build and maintain interaction with banks, payment providers, and merchants;
- Support operational processes for payment directions and monitor their stability;
- Control key launch stages, task statuses, and implementation deadlines;
- Interact with tech, finance, and legal teams on payment infrastructure issues;
- Maintain and update internal documentation, registers, and working tables;
- Coordinate document flow with partners (approval, signing, storage);
- Communicate with external partners on operational support and maintenance issues;
- Participate in the optimization of payment processes, payment flows, and provider performance;
- Inform internal teams about changes affecting payment processes and partner infrastructure.
📌 What we expect:
- At least 1 year of experience in the fintech / payments industry;
- Understanding of the principles of PSP, acquiring, payment operations, and processing flows;
- Experience interacting with banks, payment providers, or merchants;
- Experience in supporting partners and operational processes in payment projects;
- Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and control deadlines;
- Systemic approach, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility;
- English language proficiency – B2 or higher.
