We are an AI-first game dev studio. Our project is a mobile 4X strategy game with a live audience: multiple resources, interdependent progression systems, PvP and PvE balances. We are looking for someone who keeps this economy in mind and can calculate it with scripts, not manually.

What's important:

• Experience in projects with complex in-game economies
• Cases of calculation automation: templating economy for events and seasons, generating balance tables with scripts instead of manual recalculation
• Technical, mathematical, or economic education
• You play mobile 4X games yourself and have made purchases yourself — you understand the genre and the psychology of a paying player from the inside, not from reviews
• Measurable cases of AI application in work, not just "tried ChatGPT"

A plus:

• SQL / ClickHouse
• Python, Excel VBA, or Google Apps Script for economic models
