Position: Head of Finance Company: DTC Health & Wellness Product Work Format: remote, full-time Salary: $100,000-120,000 USD/year

About the Company and Role: We are a rapidly growing DTC wellness brand with a monthly turnover of several million dollars. We already have strong partners for accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Now we are looking for a Financial Operations Manager — a person who will be at the center of all financial processes: managing payments, controlling operating expenses, and ensuring that external partners work accurately and on time.

Who We Are Looking For: We need someone who can be relied upon 100%. You are organized, clear in communication, and don't miss details. Deep financial expertise is not required — our partners handle the technical aspects. The main thing is that every payment, every deadline, and every figure is under your control, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You Will Manage: — Payments — processing all outgoing payments, monitoring statuses and deadlines — OpEx and expense management — tracking operating costs and regular reporting — Communication with partners and accounting — data transfer, report verification, accuracy control — Cash flow and forecasting — monitoring cash flows and informing management
