🚀 Merchant Support Team Lead
📍 Limassol, Cyprus (On-site) 💰 €5,000 NET ✈️ Full relocation support included (flight, accommodation, visa assistance)
We are looking for a Merchant Support Team Lead to manage a 24/7 support operation within a fast-growing payments company. You will lead a team, ensure smooth merchant operations, and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
What you'll do: • Lead and coordinate Merchant Support Specialists (24/7 shifts) • Oversee ticket handling, escalations, and SLA performance • Ensure fast and accurate resolution of merchant issues • Monitor payment flows and operational incidents • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Finance teams • Improve support processes and team efficiency • Handle complex escalations and key merchant cases • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements: • 3+ years in support / merchant support / fintech / payments • Team lead or senior support experience is a strong plus • Understanding of payment systems, disputes, and chargebacks • Experience with ticketing systems • Fluent English + Russian (required) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Comfortable with shift-based 24/7 operations
