QA Engineer
We are currently looking for a QA Engineer for the User Platform team. The team is responsible for everything that helps users get closer to Aviasales: authorization, notifications, profiles, and user data.
What you will do
- participate in grooming new features and testing requirements;
- test a cross-platform product and constantly monitor its quality;
- work with a bug tracker: document defects and control their fixing;
- make joint decisions with the team to improve the product;
- develop test documentation and analyze test coverage;
- develop and supplement quality management processes within the team.
What we expect from you
- experience in testing web, iOS, and Android applications;
- knowledge of the specifics of backend applications and their testing will be a plus;
- skills in building test documentation, coverage, models, and analyzing coverage;
- experience with bug tracking and incident analytics;
- deep understanding of testing approaches and QA process building;
- skills in working with logs and DevTools, understanding client-server interaction;
- ability to work without complete specifications, understand business logic, ask questions and see things through to the end;
- critical thinking, ability to prioritize and take initiative;
- ability to explain complex things in simple terms, ability to make decisions, argue, and influence the product.
