Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an analyst for a role that combines working with data, analytical tools, understanding of the B2C business, and readiness to participate in planning processes and their development.

Responsibilities:

Working with data and analytical tools:

· Leading the development of the OLAP cube and interaction with IT, including logic development, creating technical specifications, UAT, and release;

· Development and enhancement of analytical tools and dashboards in MS Power BI;

· Collection and analysis of business function requirements for dashboards;

· Collection and integration of data from various sources, including formulating requirements for data integration from various systems and data warehouses;

· Participation in the development of methodologies for performance evaluation;

· Maintaining a knowledge base on methodologies, metrics, dashboards, and the current project backlog;

· Preparation and delivery of presentations.

Analytics and decision support:

· Operational preparation of non-standard analytical reports upon request from stakeholders, hypothesis testing, data analysis with key conclusions for data-driven decision-making;

· Identification of growth points and areas for efficiency improvement;

· Preparation of strategic analytics and materials for senior management.

Budget performance management:

· Participation in the optimization and automation of financial processes,

· Detailing budgets and activities with a focus on subsequent performance analysis.

Requirements:

· At least 4 years of experience in analytics (preferably in IT, FinTech, eCommerce);

· Experience in budgeting/financial planning is a plus;

· Experience in developing B2C analytics;

· Ability to work with large volumes of data, knowledge of analytical and data modeling fundamentals;

· Experience in developing dashboards in Power BI, experience with OLAP cubes, Power Query, ability to write SQL queries;

· Fluent English;

· Understanding of business processes and strong communication skills for effective interaction in cross-functional projects;

· Proactiveness, attention to detail, structure, analytical mindset.
