CRM Developer
📍 Format: remote, full-time (Outside RF and RB)
We are looking for a CRM Developer / Email Developer for developing, coding, testing, and launching email campaigns. The role is suitable for a self-reliant specialist who knows how to work with HTML/CSS, dynamic content, CRM data, and ESP platforms.
Tasks
- Create and maintain responsive email templates and campaigns;
- Code emails in HTML/CSS following email marketing best practices;
- Work with dynamic content, personalization, and CRM data;
- Configure, test, and launch email campaigns in ESP platforms;
- Verify correct display of emails in different clients and devices;
- Monitor deliverability, compliance, and accessibility;
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email development / email design;
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive email coding;
- Experience with ESP platforms: Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar;
- Experience with dynamic variables, personalization, and data-driven content;
- Knowledge of QA tools: Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar;
- Understanding of deliverability, accessibility, and email compliance;
- High attention to detail and self-reliance.
