Vibe Product Owner
🏢 About the Company
Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven venture studio and fund from Silicon Valley. We are building a horizontal portfolio of AI products: hardware and smart devices, kid-tech, personalized AI assistants around health and productivity, proprietary AI media, and other verticals.
In parallel, we are conducting R&D around local and distributed data centers and distributed computing, as well as fundamental layers: memory layer, RAM/VRAM, orchestration, AI software for infrastructure and computations.
How we choose what to build: we create products where we are first and foremost users and fans ourselves: we regularly use them in our lives and work. The primary driver is not commercial benefit, but impact: quality of life, financial well-being, health, productivity, safety, freedom from routine – products that help maintain a calm, clear mind. Commercial results are important, but not as the sole framework at the start of decisions.
Our goal is to be among the top-50 AI companies by aggregate asset valuation by 2032. We operate based on OKRs: speed, transparency, ownership, measurable results. Our culture is about corporate entrepreneurship within the team and traction based on numbers, not about process for process's sake.
The studio acts as a strategic partner and investor: providing finances, network, technology, expertise, and PR/GR. The format is closer to a partnership with clear agreements than to traditional hiring.
🎯 About the Role
The Vibe Product Owner is a product leader in the founder's mindset within the portfolio: you define the meaning of the direction, priorities, and metrics, and lead delivery as if it were your own startup.
Your domain is the full 0→1 cycle from discovery to production-ready; our tempo target is 14-21 days for an "idea - working product" cycle. Our tools include vibe-coding for solo execution where appropriate (without a backend), and designing the agent layer of product functionality. Product ownership, UI/UX, and coordination of engineering delivery remain your responsibility, without diluting accountability for the result.
After launching to production, the focus shifts to validating demand, achieving first revenue, establishing sustainable unit economics, and scaling channels – with transparent metrics and a plan for the next stage. As the direction matures, we discuss raising a round and a potential transition to the role of co-founder and CEO – under separate agreements and alignment of goals and horizons. The scope of responsibility can grow: from a single product under full control to several parallel streams; the level of influence and compensation are tied to the depth of product strategy across the entire scope.
We expect a mature leader with experience in a full startup cycle; an ex-engineer transitioning to product is a good fit, with strong practice in UX and growth – performance, organic, content, plus project presentation and investor communication.
Independent initiative and a comprehensive understanding of the direction are required.
✅ What You Will Do
Discovery and Problem Validation
- Market and competitive research using AI agents (Exa, Perplexity, Deep Research).
- User interviews and problem validation (Granola, Fireflies, Dovetail).
- Hypothesis formulation, ICP, value proposition.
- Go/no-go decision for launching the product – together with the Founder.
Prototype, Design, Code - End-to-End Execution Cycle
- Clickable prototype in a compressed timeframe from hypothesis (v0, Bolt.new, Lovable, Claude Artifacts).
- UI/UX: mobile and web interfaces, including pixel-perfect, without a dedicated in-house designer (Figma and AI plugins, Framer, Mobbin for inspiration).
- Production-ready code through vibe-coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Codex CLI).
- Design review of your own work: iterations based on feedback.
Architecture – Together with the Founding Engineer
- Product-infra layer on the role's side: stack selection, serverless/edge, data model, LLM-pipeline, MCP integrations.
- Deep backend, security, scaling – the Founding Engineer's domain; joint deep-dives on complex issues.
- Joint architectural reviews before production deployment.
- Decision-making rule: Product Owner has the final say on product-infra; joint decisions on changes affecting shared inter-product infrastructure.
Marketing Website and Initial Distribution
- Landing page as part of delivery (Framer, Webflow, v0, Lovable).
- Copywriting, visuals, analytics from day one (PostHog / Plausible).
- Preparation of pitch decks for external communication (Gamma, Tome).
- Sales enablement: demo scripts, use case materials – handover to CBO.
Agent Orchestration Layer (Product Functionality)
- Designing proprietary agent pipelines, not just using ready-made scenarios.
- MCP, multi-step workflows, memory layer, function calling (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Temporal – depending on the task).
- Agents for common workflows: weekly summary, demo materials, backlog analytics, competitive research, code review, feedback clustering.
- Agent portability standards across portfolio products.
- The proportion of routine product tasks closed by agents is one of the maturity indicators.
Parallel Work on Multiple Directions
- Managing one to three product streams in parallel – as the scope of responsibility grows and internal gates are passed.
- Personal operating system: Cursor, Claude Projects, MCP, Linear/Notion for context switching.
- Priority on decision-making and delivery speed – ship by default.
Stakeholder Communication
- Mature, transparent communication with the client, Founder, and team.
- Weekly syncs: status, blockers, next delivery dates.
- Concise written summaries after key decisions – high signal-to-noise ratio.
- Early raising of risks and issues – before escalation.
💪 Must have
- 2+ products 0->1 in the last year, brought to production by you; live links.
- Vibe-coding: Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf; at least one of v0 / Bolt.new / Lovable / Replit Agent in production.
- Strong mobile and web design sensibility; interface examples.
- Agents: MCP, multi-step workflows, memory, function calling; willingness to showcase your "operational" stack.
- Depth in one of the domains: Hardware / KidsTech / EdTech / HealthTech / MarTech / PropTech / B2C SaaS.
- Mature stakeholder communication skills.
- English B2+.
⭐ Nice to have
- Completed a full cycle in a company: from idea to round and beyond.
- Backend / full-stack / frontend, then PM – understanding of complex production systems.
- Combo: strong engineering foundation plus marketing (Meta / Google, organic, content).
- Pitching and fundraising.
- Venture studio, multi-product, early-stage startups.
- Corporate background is possible if there are notable 0->1 and go-to-market cases outside of corporate frameworks.
- Deck, outbound, early sales; SQL, PostHog / Amplitude, cohorts, unit economics; public activity; hardware / on-device ML.

👥 Team
- Founder / CEO – strategy.
- Head of Marketing/Sales – commerce and pitching.
- Head of People & Operations – OKRs and blockers.
- Founding Engineer – architecture on par.
You will manage the roadmap, priorities, UX, and product-infra for your product; for backend and infra, you will synchronize with the Founding Engineer. We agree on goals and deadlines, after which you have autonomy without micromanagement.
