An international iGaming company is looking for a Team Lead for the ORM department.
Responsibilities: — Leading a team of ORM specialists — Distributing tasks and monitoring their completion — Building and optimizing processes within the team — Monitoring KPIs and work quality — Participating in the development of the ORM strategy and the search for new solutions
Requirements: — Experience in iGaming is mandatory — Team management experience — Understanding of ORM specifics and reputation management — Independence, systematic approach, and ability to work with KPIs — English will be an advantage
