Paid Social Reporting Analyst

Borderless is hiring! 🅱️

I’m looking for a freelance Paid Social Reporting Analyst to support internal reporting and analytics on a part-time basis.

The role will primarily support the infrastructure behind Borderless reporting across a growing roster of paid social clients. Responsibilities include organizing performance data, maintaining decks and HTML dashboards, identifying trends and anomalies, and building the reporting engine behind executive-level client deliverables.

It's a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their analytical skill set and gain exposure to reporting that regularly reaches senior leadership. We love data at Borderless. 📈

Must have:

• Strong Meta Ads reporting experience
• Comfortable with GA4 and spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable with recurring deadlines
• Agency and/or DTC e-commerce experience
• Loves the craft and is looking to grow (important)

Bonus:

• Understands performance marketing metrics beyond the surface level (LTV, contribution margin, CAC, etc.)
• Comfortable in Claude, or has a deep appetite to learn AI workflows

This will start at approximately 7.5 hours per week with recurring deadlines at $1,000/month, with the potential to expand in both scope and compensation as Borderless grows. I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of the next stage of the business.

If you’re interested, send me a DM with a little about your experience and availability. Referrals are welcome as well!
