Technical Support & Full Stack Engineer (Relocation to Doha, Qatar)

We are looking for a hybrid specialist to Qatar from the Russian Federation and friendly countries! This is a role for those who understand how cloud systems (Azure) work from the inside and want to not just "document" problems in support, but to fix them and improve the product independently.

You will combine deep technical support (L2/L3) with full-stack development on the React + .NET Core/Node.js stack.

Who we are looking for: This is not classic support. We are looking for a strong engineer who can read logs, find the root cause, dive into the code, fix a bug, write a unit test, and deploy a hotfix through CI/CD.

Your stack: Frontend: React.js, Redux/Zustand. Backend: .NET Core, Node.js. Infrastructure: Azure (Azure DevOps, Monitor, Log Analytics, IAM, Synapse). Data: SQL, PostgreSQL, ETL (Azure Data Factory, Airflow).

What you will be doing: Operations: Monitoring platform health, incident resolution, user support. Development: Fixing production bugs, developing small features, optimizing queries, refactoring code. Data: DWH support, data integrity checks, fixing ETL pipelines. DevOps: Participation in CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps), infrastructure as code configuration (basic). Security: Working with Azure Sentinel, threat monitoring, access management.

Our expectations: 5+ years of experience in technical support/sysadmin + 2+ years in Full-stack development. English language — C1 (critically important for work). Confident skills in reading logs, tracing problems in distributed systems. Experience with Azure and CI/CD (Azure DevOps). Ability to write SQL queries and understand ETL processes. Readiness to relocate to Doha (Doha).
