**Team Lead / Tech Lead (Fullstack .NET) — A “Playing Coach” with relocation to Qatar from the Russian Federation and friendly countries!**🇶🇦

We are looking for a technical leader who is not detached from development but lives and breathes it. This is a role for an expert who deeply understands how Frontend and Backend work and is ready to build architecture “from scratch” or refine existing solutions.

You will become a “playing coach” for various projects. We are looking for someone who manages the team and processes but can also open an IDE, review code, or rewrite a critical piece of logic if needed.

About the role: You will be a Team Lead for different projects. Today it might be high-load analytics, tomorrow — integration of AI services for document processing. You need to see the “big picture” of the project: from API contracts to how data is displayed on the frontend.

Your stack and focus: Fullstack: Deep understanding of Frontend and Backend architectures. Backend: .NET Core / modern .NET, C#. Infrastructure: MS Azure (this will be your primary work environment). Leadership: Team management, mentorship, Code Review, process building.

What you will do: Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team (Frontend + Backend) within various projects. Technical leadership: Design architecture (System Design), make stack decisions, write code (you still code!). Azure: Design and deploy cloud solutions (Functions, Cosmos DB, Synapse, etc.). Processes: Build workflows, Agile processes, CI/CD, ensure delivery quality. Fullstack depth: Understand the components of both front and back ends, and ensure their seamless integration.

Our expectations: 5+ years in commercial development, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead / Tech Lead role. Hands-on experience: You know how frontend (JS/TS frameworks) and backend work, and can guide developers in both directions. Azure: Confident command of Microsoft's cloud ecosystem (experience with Functions, WebJobs, Service Bus, etc.). Fullstack thinking: Ability to decompose tasks and see the architecture of the entire system. English: B2+ (confident communication, as you will be working in an international environment).

Important conditions: 100% relocation: Work on-site at the employer's location in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of the dynamics of different projects and is ready to dive into technical details.
