**Team Lead .NET Developer (AI & Cloud Focus) ** 📍 Relocation from Russia and friendly countries: Hybrid / Qatar, Doha 🚀 Tech stack: .NET Core, Azure (Functions, Cosmos DB, Synapse), AI Services 💼 Experience: 5+ years (including 2+ years in a leadership role) We are looking for a technical lead to head a cross-functional team (FE + BE) in building high-load analytical systems. This role is for those who love to combine architecture, People Management, and working with "smart" cloud services. Main responsibilities: • Leadership: managing the team, mentoring, conducting Code Reviews, and establishing development processes. • Architecture and Dev: designing scalable solutions on .NET Core and Azure. • AI & Cloud: integrating Azure AI services for document processing (OCR/ASR), working with Azure Synapse and Cosmos DB. • Optimization: implementing asynchronous programming patterns for high system performance. We expect from you: ✅ 5+ years of commercial development experience + 2+ years as a Team Lead. ✅ Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core / C# and a deep understanding of Async Programming (TPL, multithreading). ✅ Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure: Functions, WebJobs, Worker Services, Cosmos DB. ✅ Practical experience with Azure Synapse Analytics(ETL/ELT, SQL pools). ✅ Experience working with AI & Document Intelligence(data extraction, OCR, automatic speech recognition). ✅ English language: B2 and above (for work in an international environment). Will be a plus: • Experience with Elsa Workflows. • Knowledge of microservice architecture and Event-driven design. • Skills in working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps. • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
