🎲Game Mathematician (RNG)

ITea is an actively growing IT company implementing international projects. ITea's products are used by the world's largest industry leaders. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Game Mathematician to design complex probabilistic systems and create the mathematical foundation for a large gaming platform.

📌 Responsibilities: — Design and create mathematical models for games based on RNG mechanics (focus on engagement and balance) — Write simulations for testing game models — Conduct statistical analysis to verify the balance, fairness, and projected economics of the product — Collaborate with game designers, developers, and the art team to integrate mathematics into gameplay — Create detailed documentation for mathematical models for internal teams and verification procedures

📝** Requirements:** — 3+ years of experience in developing gaming products with deep probabilistic mechanics and RNG systems — Proficient in Python — Deep understanding of game mechanics based on random event generation — Strong mathematical foundation (excellent knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, statistics) — Experience in data analysis and visualization, application of machine learning techniques — Knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures — Will be a plus: experience in balancing complex probabilistic systems and certifying models for RNG products
