Junior Performance Tools Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- development and support of tools and infrastructure for analyzing the performance of company products, particularly the TATLIN family of storage systems;
- research on the performance of products and their components to identify and resolve performance issues;
- use of ready-made and development of new tools for optimizing system configurations at both near-hardware and high levels.
Requirements:
- experience with Linux;
- knowledge of C/C++/Rust/Golang;
- basic understanding of compiler structure and code execution principles on CPU;
- understanding of network and disk operation;
- basic understanding of Linux kernel structure;
- practical experience with Linux perf, eBPF;
- desire to write efficient code and make products better.
Will be a plus — experience with OpenTelemetry.
