The Internal Audit Department of Sber is looking for an experienced Product Owner in the Data Science domain, to perform tasks ranging from code development and review to effective team leadership and achieving set goals.
Responsibilities
Tasks
- participate in the development of functional requirements for the Knowledge Management Platform of the internal audit service regarding search functionality (including GenAI)
- organize fine-tuning of LLM models for audit tasks on the supercomputer in Datalab
- organize testing of the search functionality for the prototype, PoC, and MVP of the Audit Knowledge Management Platform
- participate in the development of methodologies for managing the client experience of the Customer Experience Collection Platform within CAP regarding the evaluation of RAG functionality
- provide methodological assistance to development teams for AI assistants integrated into the Customer Experience Collection Platforms within CAP regarding RAG functionality
- participate in the development of an AI agent for the internal audit management.
Requirements
Requirements
- higher education
- Experience with machine learning: confident knowledge of ML algorithms and neural network architectures
- practical experience in implementing RAG systems and fine-tuning LLMs
- knowledge of libraries pandas, numpy, sklearn, pytorch, transformers, LangGraph/LangChain, LlamaIndex
- practical experience in implementing AI agents is welcome.
