About the role We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented VIP Account Manager to join our iGaming team. This is a high-level position with direct client interaction, focused on the VIP and pre-VIP player segment in the LATAM market. You will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our most valuable players, guiding them through loyalty tiers, and ensuring long-term engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing pre-VIP players to full VIP status through personalized engagement strategies
• Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with current VIP players
• Monitoring and managing each player's progress through loyalty tiers
• Proactively identifying churn risks in the VIP segment and implementing timely retention measures
• Analyzing financial and product metrics within the assigned portfolio of pre-VIP/VIP players
• Managing bonuses, benefits, and personalized offers to maximize player satisfaction and LTV
• Acting as the primary point of contact for VIP players, providing top-tier premium service
• Liaising with internal teams (CRM, product, finance) to align gaming incentives with business goals

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in the gambling/iGaming industry, specifically working with VIP players

• Deep understanding of product and financial metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, churn rate, etc.)

• Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving upsell/retention through consultative communication

• Spanish language proficiency at C1+ level — mandatory (primary communication language with players in the LATAM market)

• English language proficiency at B2+ level (internal company communication is conducted in English)
