Technical executor for setting up a review collection and publication mechanism

Looking for a technical executor to set up a mechanism for collecting and publishing reviews on the website.

Task: It is necessary to implement the following scenario:

1. An employee sends a personalized link to a review form to the client.
2. The client follows the link and fills out the form: review + necessary data (fields will be discussed with the executor).
3. After submission, the review automatically goes into a general database — a table and/or Bitrix.
4. After that, the review is published on the website in the relevant section/block with reviews.
5. It is desirable to provide for the possibility of moderating the review before publication, if technically feasible.

Important: the solution should be convenient for employees and not require them to manually transfer data from the form to the table/Bitrix and the website.

The result should be a fully configured and tested mechanism, as well as a brief instruction for further use.
