TASKS:
- Collecting functional requirements from the client, describing and modeling business processes for automation on Bitrix24
- Participating in project pre-sales as an expert
- Implementing Bitrix24 for clients, including integration with external systems
- Writing methodological documentation, regulations
- Training and consulting users
- Handing over work to the client
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in Bitrix24 implementation projects
- Knowledge and understanding of sales department business processes
- Deep understanding of Bitrix24 system functionality
- Experience in formalizing client requirements for the system and creating business process diagrams
- Bitrix24 certificates will be an advantage
