CRM Consultant / Business Analyst / Methodologist / CRM Architect

Salary: 200,000 – 250,000 ₽ Location: strictly Moscow Format: hybrid Duration: 3–6 months Platform: Bitrix24 / 1C-Bitrix (experience desirable, but not mandatory)

📋 Responsibilities:

— Audit of CRM and BDM processes, description of AS IS / TO BE — Design of stages, statuses, roles, checkpoints, and deadlines — CRM entity model: lead, deal, application, forecast, vendor, product, direction, subcontractor — Vendor and subcontractor approval processes — Logic for deal flow, notifications, escalations, and holds — Employee and manager KPIs — Requirements for funnels, reports, dashboards, and personal accounts — Requirements for CRM enhancements — Work with the implementation team and author's supervision

📋 Requirements:

— Experience with CRM projects — from 5 years — In the role of consultant / analyst / methodologist / architect — from 2–3 years — 2–3 CRM implementation or deep rework projects — Design of B2B sales, BDM, account management, or presale processes — Interviews and working sessions with the business — Translation of business tasks into processes, requirements, and specifications for developers — Funnels, statuses, SLA, KPI, management reporting — BPMN or similar notation — Understanding of CRM architecture and entity relationships

Independent and proactive: identifies problems, proposes solutions, brings them to completion, works with incomplete requirements, does not say "it's impossible" but looks for a working solution. Able to organize work around themselves.

— Bitrix24 / 1C-Bitrix implementation — Smart processes, robots, triggers, Bitrix business processes — CRM integration with ERP and BI — System integration or complex B2B sales

🎯 Result: target CRM model — processes, roles, entities, KPIs, funnels, reporting, and automation requirements.

❗️ No Bitrix administrator needed. A consultant is needed who can understand the problem, propose a solution, and bring it to implementation.
