CRM Implementation Specialist (Bitrix24)

An international online project that provides users with a service for selecting financial services. The application is available in 175 countries, the website is over 18 years old, and we are constantly improving our products.

💰 Salary: 130,000 ₽ + KPI 📍 Format: Remote/Hybrid 📜 Employment: Labor Code in the Russian Federation, service agreement for residents abroad

Tasks: — Installation, implementation, and support of CRM systems based on the boxed version of Bitrix24. — Preparation of technical specifications for CRM enhancements. — Setup, customization, and enhancement of Bitrix24 CRM (by oneself or through a contractor). — Preparation of detailed technical and user documentation. — Work with CRM architecture, API integrations, and user scenarios. — User training and support, including the creation of instructions, guidelines, and video materials. — Project management: task assignment, deadline control, interaction with the team and contractors.

Requirements: — Experience with data migration (import / export). — Ability to work with Bitrix24 documentation. — Skills in setting up and customizing Bitrix24. — Experience integrating Bitrix24. — Experience in testing, debugging settings, and integrations. — Skills in gathering and formalizing requirements, ability to write technical and user documentation. — Understanding of CRM architecture, APIs, user scenarios. — Skills in user training and support. — Process visualization using Draw.io.
