Vacancy: Systems Analyst (CRM) Company: Selecty (KA) Format: hybrid Moscow📍 Employment: full-time Salary: 💸240,000 – 300,000 ₽ net under the Labor Code ** **We are looking for a Systems Analyst for the internal CRM platform development project for investment consultants. The analyst will support tasks throughout their entire lifecycle — from identifying business needs to implementation, testing, and demonstration of the ready functionality.

📊Responsibilities: • Support projects from idea to launch into industrial operation • Collect, systematize, and formalize requirements from business stakeholders (User Story, Acceptance Criteria) • Develop and coordinate functional requirements, including integrations with internal and external IT systems • Participate in task estimation, work planning, and selection of optimal solutions together with the development team • Design user interfaces, create mockups, and describe user scenarios • Develop technical documentation and maintain the knowledge base up-to-date • Prepare user instructions and conduct demonstrations of implemented functionality • Participate in system support as part of the third-level support • Interact directly with business stakeholders and coordinate the work of related teams within the project

⭐️ Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a bank/fintech • Experience in supporting tasks throughout their full lifecycle: from requirement gathering to testing and result demonstration • Experience in direct interaction with business stakeholders • Proficiency in BPMN and UML notations • Experience designing integrations via REST API and Kafka (or other message brokers) • Good SQL knowledge: JOIN, GROUP BY, sorting, query optimization, and understanding of relational database principles • Experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and other analytical documentation • Ability to quickly dive into new business processes and subject areas • Practical experience using LLM tools in projects or for automating analytical work

⭐️ Will be an advantage: • Experience with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics • Understanding of C# / .NET Core / React stack • Ability to read code • Experience implementing solutions using LLM (process automation, intelligent assistants, working with internal knowledge bases) • Experience creating prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code and similar)
