Bitrix24 Implementation Specialist (Bitrix24 Integrator)

We are growing very rapidly and setting ambitious plans for ourselves, to achieve which we are expanding the team with strong specialists. And now we are looking for a cool specialist in Bitrix24 implementation (business analytics) and a Bitrix24 integrator!

ATTENTION - We have a consistently high project flow, so commercial experience in Bitrix24 implementation is MANDATORY; without it, we do not consider applications — even if it seems like you “will figure it out along the way.” We require you to be able to build long-term relationships with clients. We have no time for a 1-2 week ramp-up; you will be given active projects immediately.

IMPORTANT: In our company, a business analyst does not configure complex Bitrix24 processes/modules. Each business analyst has access to a team of very cool integrators, back-end developers, a knowledge base of completed implementations (over 500 full-scale projects), and most importantly, experienced managers.

We will describe what we want to see in you, so you can decide for yourself how well you match and are ready to learn new things: • Experience in configuring or working as a BA with Bitrix24 products is mandatory; • You are diligent and like things done not just "formally" but perfectly, even in the smallest details; • You like to communicate specifically, you have clear, articulate business speech (this is key for a business analyst); • You approach tasks responsibly and know how to bring them to a logical conclusion and with results; • You are systematic — you love it when everything is in its place and neatly organized, and of course, you can't stand it when something is left unfinished; • You have a sense of humor and can use it at work and with clients; • You know how to prioritize and manage your time; • You enjoy training your mind and developing yourself; • You would like to influence your own results and not depend on external factors; • It is important for you that the results of your work are appreciated, tools are applied, and ideas are heard.

Now I will describe what you will need to do regularly: • Communicate with clients (department heads, companies / IT specialists) via zoom — (60% of your working time); • Conduct business analysis of sales processes and interdepartmental interactions of client companies to understand all "problematic" and weak spots; • Find ways to optimize processes or strengthen their control and automate them using Bitrix24 CRM tools; • Prepare technical specifications for system configuration specialists; • Build individual company portals from different system modules (like assembling figures from a LEGO constructor for the client); • Connect various virtual phone systems, corporate email, website capture forms, etc., to the CRM; • Set up contact cards, deals, and sales funnel stages; • Configure automation at different stages of the client's sales department operations (e.g., automatic creation of a contract/invoice, sending an SMS to the client, or assigning a task to a colleague); • Train client employees and managers in simple, accessible language on how to use the new functionality you have configured, and answer questions (yes, sometimes stupid and strange ones); • Support the client in the initial stages of use to ensure everyone actively uses the system and sees positive results from its implementation; • Record all details and implementation stages, communication history in our CRM, and plan your own activities and tasks (incidentally, you will train and configure what you yourself use and understand); • Conduct client training on working in Bitrix24.
