Business Process Automation Specialist (Bitrix24 / API / AI)

Salary: 130,000–160,000 ₽ net

About us:

We are "Moy Mebelniy", a company that manufactures and sells custom furniture in Moscow and the Moscow region.

We are currently actively developing our own digital management system, integrating sales, production, service, marketing, and finance.

We already use Bitrix24, our own automations, integrations, and analytical tools.

We are looking for a specialist who will take on the technical development of this system and become a key participant in its further construction.

This is an opportunity not just to perform routine tasks, but to create solutions that genuinely impact the company's operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and automate business processes in Bitrix24.

Create integrations via API and Webhook.

Develop and refine software solutions using Python / JavaScript.

Work with infrastructure in Yandex Cloud.

Automate sales, production, delivery, and service processes. Develop management tables, analytics, and dashboards.

Implement AI tools and intelligent assistants.

Identify manual operations and replace them with automation.

Who we are looking for:

Practical experience in automating business processes and integrations. Familiarity with Bitrix24 and understanding of CRM principles.

Ability to work with REST API, Webhook, and JSON.

Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.

Ability to understand existing code, find errors, and independently solve technical tasks.

Experience using AI tools for development or willingness to actively learn them.

It is not necessary to know all technologies. Technical thinking, independence, initiative, and the ability to bring tasks to completion are more important to us.
