Position**: Senior DevOps AWS Location: Remote Employment: Full-time

We are a fast-growing international neobank building a next-generation fintech ecosystem. Our microservice architecture is already deployed in several countries, and now we are looking for a Senior Engineer to take on the design and scaling of our infrastructure.

Your stack: AWS (EKS), Terraform/Terragrunt, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio, GitLab CI/CD, VictoriaMetrics/Grafana, Vault.

What you will do:

• Infrastructure as Code: Design and develop cloud infrastructure in AWS using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Orchestration & Networking: Optimize K8s clusters (EKS + on-prem) and implement Istio for full control over Service Mesh.
• Delivery Pipelines: Build seamless CI/CD processes (GitLab, GitOps/ArgoCD).
• Observability & Reliability: Scale monitoring (VictoriaMetrics, ELK) and ensure High Availability for databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Security first: Implement DevSecOps standards and manage secrets through Vault.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with a focus on Production environments.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS, k8s, and confident scripting (Python/Bash).
• Security Mindset: Understanding of how to work with sensitive data (PCI DSS, SOC 2 - a plus).
• Soft Skills: You are an independent engineer who doesn't wait to be told what to do, but proposes solutions and sees them through to completion.
