Kanot

A manager of an operational team is required for the logistics center in Kanot

Task: Manage a team of order pickers and forklift drivers at the Kanot site and act as a substitute for the operational manager.

Responsibilities: • Manage a team of about 12 order pickers and forklift drivers (mentoring, team building, work procedures). • Responsibility for accurate order fulfillment in terms of quantity and quality. • Manage FEFO processes and spot checks; control errors and discrepancies in picking. • Work with reservations and "red stamps" upon receipt. • Unload containers and trucks, including receiving goods, and load delivery vehicles. • Order and cleanliness, write-offs and returns, value-added services. • Maintain and control operational performance indicators.

Subordinates: forklift drivers, order pickers, cleaning staff. Interaction: security service, distribution, sales department, quality assurance, IT, sales call center, sales, logistics headquarters. Reporting to: operational manager of the Kanot site / national operational manager.

Requirements: ✔ At least one and a half years of management experience in logistics operations in logistics companies or consumer goods companies – mandatory. ✔ Proficient computer skills – mandatory (Excel; Priority – a big advantage). ✔ Bachelor's degree or a diploma as an industrial and management engineer (הנדסאי) – a big advantage. ✔ Forklift license – desirable (or willingness to obtain one through the company). ✔ Responsible approach and high reliability.

Working Conditions: Working hours: 08:00–17:30 (until site closure), Sunday–Thursday (on Fridays – in exceptional cases). Salary: 12,500 ₪ + 1,000 ₪ travel allowance + pension fund contribution.
