We are MStroy – residents of Skolkovo and INNOPOLIS, an actively developing, innovative IT company with roots from Tyumen, operating on the basis of a large bridge construction company in Russia, JSC "Mostostroy-11".

We are developing a digital construction platform to increase the efficiency of construction activities by enabling rapid decision-making based on up-to-date analytics in real-time (in terms of deadlines, personnel, supplies, finances).

Accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation (deferment is possible in case of partial mobilization).

Our stack:

• Backend: Python 3.9+ (GraphQL, REST API, WebSocket)
• Frontend: Vue.js + TypeScript, Quasar (SPA)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Caching: Redis
• Message Broker: RabbitMQ

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Commercial development experience in Python from 2 years (not freelance)
• Skills in working with Flask/FastAPI and asyncio (synchronous/asynchronous code)
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and ORM (SQLAlchemy is welcome)
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ (or similar message brokers)
• Experience with Git (GitFlow, Merge Requests, Code Review)

Will be a plus:

• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo, Strawberry, Ariadne)
• Experience with migration tools (Sqitch, Alembic)
• Experience with WebSockets
• Experience with Docker (CI/CD, deployment)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
