Looking for a junior product manager at Vulkan EDA

I want to find a person with whom we can develop the technological project Vulkan EDA together.

What kind of project is it?

Vulkan EDA is a product in the field of EDA (Electronic Design Automation), related to the design and physical verification of microchips. It’s a quite complex technical area, and I will help you understand it.

What will need to be done?

Initially, my task is to immerse you in the product and the subject area. I want you to be able to talk freely about Vulkan EDA over time, understand the problems it solves, answer questions, and present it to potential clients and partners.

Then we will gradually move on to practice:

• Study the market and competitors.

• Communicate with potential users and conduct CustDev.

• Understand client needs and look for product growth points.

• Prepare and conduct presentations.

• Attend specialized conferences and events.

• Propose ideas for product development and gradually take on more responsibility.

It is not necessary to have experience as a product manager or to understand microelectronics. Interest in technology, a desire to learn, initiative, and the ability to communicate with people are much more important.

What is the format?

I’ll say right away that this is not a classic job with a fixed salary and a constant flow of tasks. The project is developing, and there may not be much practical work at the start.

At the same time, I am ready to invest my time and money in a person whom I can help grow with the project. I will train, share knowledge, help understand the product, and gradually involve you in real tasks.

Financial terms will be discussed depending on involvement and work format. For example, if you independently conduct CustDev, prepare research, organize a meeting, or present the product to a potential client, I am ready to pay for such work. If you need to attend a specialized conference or other project-related event, I will also cover the expenses after prior agreement.

As your involvement and the number of tasks grow, we can gradually move to more systematic cooperation.

I am interested in finding not a person for one-off tasks, but someone who will eventually thoroughly understand the product, become independent, and be able to fully participate in its development.

An opportunity to immerse yourself in a complex technological product directly with me, gain practical experience in product management, get acquainted with the microelectronics market, and gradually grow into an independent specialist.
