At Fundraise Up, we’re looking for two Engineering Team Leaders to join our mission-driven team. We handle terabytes of traffic and process millions of dollars for nonprofits globally. If you love high-load systems and know how to build healthy, high-performing engineering cultures — we need you.

1️⃣ Engineering Team Leader, DX Platform Lead the backbone of our ecosystem. You’ll build the internal API platform that powers all our donation interfaces.

2️⃣ Engineering Team Leader, Elements Team Lead the development of embedded widgets and smart interfaces that non-profits use to engage millions of donors worldwide.

Tech stack: Storage: MongoDB (~3 TB) & ClickHouse (~10 TB) Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Redis, Kafka, React, Cloudflare Workers 🗣️ Language: Russian (internal), English B2+
