Lead Generation Specialist (Internship)

We're opening applications for our Lead Generation Internship in Mediacube's Agency team!

If you're interested in digital, want to practice your English, and are curious about how brands find the right partners for international projects, this internship is a great place to start.

The internship runs online for a month and a half, with a commitment of four hours a day, five days a week. Through online lectures and practical tasks, you'll learn how to research potential partners, assess whether they're a good fit, and turn first conversations into opportunities for collaboration. You'll gain hands-on experience through real advertising projects with YouTube and Instagram creators.

No previous work experience is required. Top-performing interns may receive an offer to join Mediacube as a full-time team member upon successful completion of the internship.

What are you going to do?

1. Research and identify potential creator partners for advertising projects;
2. Analyze creators' content and assess how well it matches advertisers' requirements;
3. Reach out to potential partners and build connections through professional written communication;
4. Discuss collaboration terms and negotiate advertising integrations.

You are perfect for us if:

1. Your English level is B2 or higher;
2. You're interested in digital and want to learn how to find and engage potential partners;
3. You enjoy researching, analyzing information, and finding creative solutions;
4. You can express your ideas clearly and confidently in writing;
5. You can organize your time and manage several tasks at once.
