APERCON is looking for an Affiliate / Account Manager to work with Tier-1 GEO.

Responsibilities: • Search for new iGaming operators and advertisers. • Negotiations on CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, rates, caps and conditions. • Market monitoring, new brands and rates in Tier-1.

Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in iGaming. • Experience in Affiliate / Account Management / BizDev / Partnerships. • Understanding of traffic economics and CPA / RevShare / Hybrid. • Experience working with Tier-1 GEO. • English – confident level. • Strong negotiation skills and independence. • Experience in media buying / CPA network – a big plus. • Location: Poland, willingness to work from the office in Warsaw.
