Responsibilities

• R&D, research of new approaches and algorithms, search for best solutions
• creation of LLM-based solutions (chatbots, RAG mechanics, AI agents) in Python
• deployment of solutions to production, maintenance in an up-to-date state
• data preprocessing and preparation
• hypothesis generation and testing
• willingness to enthusiastically perform both simple routine and complex creative tasks.

Requirements

• knowledge of the NLP stack and understanding of LLM architecture
• practical experience in creating LLM-based solutions, including RAG and AI agents
• working with libraries and frameworks: PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph
• prompt engineering skills
• confident Python proficiency
• ability to wrap a finished solution into a service
• setting up testing and logging.

Will be a plus:

• experience in validation and production deployment of AI agents.
